Dear Tiverton Parents and Guardians,

I trust this message finds you in good spirits. I am reaching out to extend a warm invitation to a voluntary gathering of parents and community members scheduled for Tuesday, March 19, 2024, at 6:30 p.m. The meeting will take place in the high school library, with the high school auditorium serving as a backup venue in case of a large turnout.

The purpose of this gathering is of utmost importance: we will be delving into the intricate details of our current budget and its direct impact on our educational system. All of us must gain a comprehensive understanding of how our financial allocations shape the educational experiences that we provide to our students.

Your presence and active participation are vital contributions to our collective understanding and decision-making process. Your insights and perspectives will be invaluable as we navigate through these budgetary considerations together.

I sincerely hope you will be able to join us for this significant discussion.

Should you have any questions or concerns before the meeting, please do not hesitate to reach out to me directly. Your ongoing dedication to the well-being of your children and our community is deeply appreciated.

Thank you for your understanding and collaboration.
