Required Components:
1. Structure and Navigation Intro Page, Main Page, Utility Links and Comprehensive links Comprehensive Links (minimum of 4 child level links) May include: About Me Athletics Academics Hobbies Employment My Music My Art
2. 50% of Final Exam grade demonstration piece to be included in DP
Senior requirement: A Senior project page that must include: ● Your research paper ● Your Log ● A copy of your Power Point Presentation converted to web format. Underclassman requirement:
● A My graphics page that contains a tutorial related to the Graphics III
Curriculum ● Images, and/or Screen Captures of Major Projects from this class or
similar project based classes - Art, Tech Ed. or Business
3. Graphics Headers, Link Bars and Footers developed in Photoshop, Illustrator,
Fireworks or a comparable program.
4. Consistency Use of the a Macromedia Dreamweaver Template or Cascading Style Sheet (CSS)
to assure consistent formatting on all Pages. Page design must demonstrate
clear understanding of the 7 principals of Graphic Design as well as the
basic principals of Web Design
5. Demonstration of Mastery Web Components that are exclusive to Dreamweaver such as Image Rollovers,
Flash Text, etc. One page utilizing Layers Option (must be converted to
tables and cells)
6. Accessibility of Documents - PDF Files ● Letters of recommendation etc.
● Printable Resume
7. Dynamic Elements: One Flash animation, preferably on Splash/Intro Page
Project to be published to the school web server by the last Friday of
classes!
