Basic Configuration - Stage size, fps
In the initial flash desktop (shown above) click
the Properties tab from the 3 options below the stage. to
allow for the setting of the stage size and the fps (frames per second)
If you want to adjust the size later on go to Modify>Document. the dialogue box shown below will appear
