Open Image Ready
Goto File>New
Set the Width to 800 Pixels
Set the Height to 600 pixels
In the Mode Pull down menu,
Select RGB Color.
In Contents:
Check the White Radio Button
cut the image into individual cells
REASONING:
The Header and Links will be inserted as Images
The contents area will be submitted as Background Images
Use the Slice Select tool to view the size of each slice in the Slice Palette (Windows>Slice)
Use the Slice Palette to adjust the size of each.
It is important to remember these sizes to set the table and cell size of your HTML Document
Go to File>Save Optimized As
Name the file
Image Ready will create a separate folder for the slices it has saved as individual Images
