Technique

Duplicate the layer for each rounded rectangle.

Go to Layer effect and set opacity (Blending Options) to 10-30%

Duplicate type layer
Set Opacity to 10%
Move to new position
Delete Name

SUGGESTION - Try a color overlay or gradient overlay from layer options

Select Slice Tool

Slice image to mimic table and cells

Use Slice
Select tool to see slice sizes
(go window>slice to show pallete

Go to File>Save As to save Photoshop -Image ready version

Go to File> Save Optimized to save as JPEG or GIF
SAVE DIRECTLY INTO IMAGES FOLDER OR DP

Image Ready will create an images sub folder to save slices

Insert Header
and Link Bar slice as a Images
(Hot Spot Links must be made on Images)

Insert Bottom Center and Bottom Right slices as Background Images. (Now you can type over the image with ease) see directions below

Check Use Background Picture
Click Browse Button
Navigate to slices and select
