Vaccinate Before you Graduate at Tiverton High School 

Tiverton High School and the Rhode Island Department of Health will again be offering the Vaccinate Before you Graduate program to all seniors. Vaccinate Before You Graduate is a free adolescent vaccination catch up program for 12^th grade students in Rhode Island.  The program offers the opportunity for students to receive new vaccines and “catch up” on any they may have missed. This is important because many vaccines are now required for employment and college entry.

Vaccinate Before You Graduate is holding the Seasonal Flu Clinic at THS on 
Tuesday, November 10, 2009 from 9:00-12:00. 

Signed Parent Consent and Questionnaire forms are due in the Nurse's Office by Friday Oct.30,2009.  
 
          Future Clinic dates are;
Nov. 4^th 2009   HPV #1 & Hep  A 
Nov. 10^th 2009    Gr. 9-12 Seasonal Flu Clinic 
Jan. 6^th 2010 HPV #2;  
March 10^th 2010 Meningitis;  
May 5^th 2010  HPV and Hep A,  and any catch-ups
