Department Description:
Welcome to the department that teaches valuable “life skills” to all
students!
The Technology
Education Department of Tiverton High School offers a unique combination
of modern Technology Education Courses along with many traditional
Industrial Arts Courses. Students will explore the
major areas of today’s technologies through a series of “hands-on” activities
and projects. The departments goals are: to allow the students to explore different
career fields, develop skills in a selected area and prepare themselves
for entry into a technical school or the workforce.
It is recommended that incoming ninth graders take TE-700: Introduction
