As Tiverton grows, so does the need for quality Cabinet Makers and Carpenters At T.H.S. you can learn skills that will make you a valuable commodity in the Construction/Carpentry Fields.

In Tiverton's three woodshop classes students will learn the basics of general woodworking and shop safety. In the first year an introduction to various hand tools, portable power tools, as well as limited use of the larger floor machinery will be covered. Advanced students will study and perform common practices used in industry to produce consumer goods. Using wood as a material, students will build several projects in-line with some of today's assembly/production line techniques.
