Department Description:
The Tiverton High School Special Education Department is driven by
students’ individual needs. The goal, of our department, is to
prepare our students to become problem solvers and effective
communicators. This will be accomplished by developing their
ability to self-advocate, and apply their knowledge across the
curriculum while supporting their individual learning styles. This
will be achieved through individual instruction, re-teaching of
concepts, and on-the-spot daily advising.
