1. All Seniors will take final exams at the
appointed time and place.
Parents must call the school if a student is absent;
otherwise, the absence will be treated as a cut with
a zero grade assigned. I
f a student is absent the day of the exam,
his parent must call in by 12 Noon in order to take
the makeup.
Teachers take attendance and complete a discipline slip
for absentees which will be checked against
phone-ins by the Main Office.
2. There will be no Homerooms for Seniors.
Seniors must remain in Senior Lounge until it is time for their
exam.
3. Seniors who finish their exam may leave the exam
room, and either report directly to
Senior Lounge to wait for their
second exam or leave the building.
4. Seniors may leave the building after their first
final only
if they have no further exams scheduled for that day; otherwise,
seniors must report to Senior Lounge until the second exam period.
If anyone does leave and misses his/her second
final, they will receive a zero.
5. All seniors must report for their rehearsals at
the appointed time.
Tickets and Caps and Gowns will only be distributed
at rehearsal.
6. All books and materials are to be returned by
students
to the teacher on the day of the exam.
Seniors will not receive
their diplomas and report cards until all student debts are paid.
