Season Flu vaccination Information
Vaccinate Before You Graduate (VBYG) is a
free adolescent vaccination “catch-up” program originally designed for
12th grade students in Rhode Island schools sponsored by the
Rhode Island Department of Health. This year we will begin offering
seasonal influenza (flu) vaccine to all students grades 9-12 in the
public, private, and alternative schools participating in VBYG.

If
you would like your child to receive an influenza vaccine, there are
two ways to register:

Click on FLU-VBYG Student Events
Type in ‘VBYG’ and on the next line and enter the code as you
see it.
Complete the online form and when prompted, print the form
Sign the form and have your child return it to the school
