We hope that everyone had a pleasant and healthy summer and is ready to begin another school year in our fabulous new building. I would also like to stress the importance of continuing our tradition of excellence. Communication and participation are vital to our success. Please feel free to contact the school at any time with questions or concerns regarding our students. Also, please consider participating in our PTO and SIT (School Improvement Team). Your input is always most welcome!  

Text Box: Arrival and Dismissal Times            School will be open for breakfast at 8:35. All other students should not arrive until 8:45. The school day will officially begin at 8:55 and end at 3:15. Walkers will be dismissed at 3:10.

Text Box: Paperwork to be returned            Please be sure to complete, sign, and send in all of your child’s paperwork as soon as possible. · The Student Biographical Sheet ( both sides ) is extremely important. Please be sure to update any changes immediately as we rely on this information as our means of contacting you in case of illnesses, emergencies, etc.         · The last two pages of the Handbook also requires your signature. Please tear them off and return them to school. · Lunch applications should also be returned to the Superintendent’s office as soon as possible. Note: School insurance forms were sent home along with an envelope that should be  returned to the school if you wish to participate in the plan. Text Box:              Lunch, Breakfast, and Milk            This year’s prices are as follows: Full priced lunch is $2.00 per day, and the reduced rate is $.40 per day. Full priced breakfast is $1.00 per day, and the reduced rate is $.30 per day.  Milk costs $.55 cents. All parents should complete and return lunch applications if you feel you qualify for free or reduced lunches. We will continue to use last year’s lunch data for the first few weeks of school.

Text Box: Thank You Staff Thanks go out to the following who  moved into the building at 3:00 Friday afternoon and miraculously made it look like we had all summer to get it ready. Our custodians headed by Mr. White, Mr. Camara, Mr. Manchester, and Mr. Wajda who collaborated with Mr. Reynolds to accomplish what seemed like the impossible. Our dedicated staff who spent endless hours during the 5 days of preparation. Our superintendent, Mr. Rearick who was on-site and often assisted in the daily moving. Our curriculum coordinator, Mrs. Sanna who helped with moving and dinner. Our school committee members who provided refreshments and support. Mrs. Araujo, Mrs. Luby, Mrs. Combra who prepared the office, assisted staff, and did many of the little things that often go un-noticed yet are vital for the school to function. The family members and friends of our staff , too numerous to name, who assisted in many ways.
