Title: AUDIT

The Board recognizes the legal requirement for a full annual audit of all

funds under its auspices and its obligation to present the audit finding to

the public.

It is the policy of the Board that the audit findings and

recommendations be discussed by the auditor with the Board and its

administrative staff, and the Board take prompt action to implement the

recommendations of the auditor.

The auditor shall prepare a summary of the audit for public presentation

which shall include:

- Comparison of combined balance sheet of current and capital funds,

current and preceding year.

- Comparison of expenditure, current and preceding year.

- Auditor's recommendations.
