Title: MANAGEMENT RIGHTS

The School Board, on its own behalf and on behalf of the electors

of the town, hereby retains and reserves unto itself, without limitation,

all powers, rights, responsibilities conferred upon and vested in it by the

Laws and the Constitution of the State of Rhode Island and of the United

States.

These shall include but are not limited to the rights of executive

management and administrative control of the school system; the hiring,

evaluation, promotion, or dismissal of personnel; establishing courses,

grades, methods of instruction; and determining class schedules, hours of

instruction, and terms or conditions of employment.
