Title: POLICY DISSEMINATION

The Superintendent of Schools is directed to establish and maintain an orderly plan for preserving and making accessible the policies adopted by the School Board and the administrative rules and regulations needed to put them into effect.

The policy manual will have all School Board policies in writing, properly indexed and kept up to date. Such policy manuals shall be a source to govern the school system. At least one policy manual will be available to the faculty and staff in each school. The manual may be kept on computer disk. At least one policy manual will be available for public reference at the administrative building and the public library.
