Fee Schedule

Kids ` is a non-profit (501 (c) 3) organization.  Our fees are based on actual program costs.  We will work with you as best as we can to make our programs affordable for your budget.  Our goal is to dispense education that will make a positive difference in your community.

 

Below are the fees for typical Kids First programs and activities.  We will work closely with your school coordinator/staff member to customize each program so that it will meet the needs and desires of your students, staff, parents, and/or administrators and will adjust the fees accordingly.  Working with you, we can reduce the supplies fees by seeking food donations and/or adjust workshop fees according to adjustments in program length or variety.

  

Classroom Workshops (preschool – high school)  Two 45-60 minute sessions

Workshops scheduled back-to-back on the same day.

1 Professional:  chef, dietitian, master gardener or physical activity professional  $125

Plus food and supplies @ $1.00 per student

 

Teacher & Staff Workshops

Healthy Eating Across the Curriculum (elementary and middle school)      60-90 minutes

2 Professionals:  chef, dietitian, health educator, master gardener,

and/or physical activity professional, depending on teachers interests                  $275

Plus food and teacher packets @ $5.00 per teacher

 

 

Staff Wellness Workshop for all School Staff          2 + hours                                 $325

2 –3 Professionals – chef or dietitian and a physical activity professional

Plus food and packets @ $5.00 per participant

 

Food Safety Teacher Workshop       90 minutes to 2-hours                                   

1 Professional:  School Food Safety Specialist or Food Safety Certified Chef    $250

                                                                        Plus food and teacher packets @ $5.00 per teacher

 

Energize Your Day Care Staff Workshop (pre-school) 60-90 minutes       

2 Professionals – chef or dietitian and a physical activity professional                  $275                                                         

Plus food and teacher packets @ $5.00 per teacher

 

School Food Service Workers           60-90 minutes                                                

1 Professional:  chef, dietitian, or physical activity professional                            $200

Plus food and packets @ $3.00 per participant

 

After School Programs                      45-90 minutes

1 Professional:  chef, dietitian or physical activity professional                                         $125        

Plus food and supplies @ $1.00 per student

 

PTA/PTO/Parent and/or Parent & Child Workshops          45-90 minutes

1 Professional:  chef, dietitian or physical activity professional                             $150

Health Fairs/Mini Expos

Fees will be determined based on level of assistance needed and/or requested.

Kids First staff member will assist your school team with the development of a successful annual health fair or mini-health Expo.  We will help your team plan and organize the entire event or portions of the event, as needed.  We will assist in locating local vendors and community professionals to exhibit and lead fun, educational activities during the event.  We will help with whatever is needed to build a successful event and will leave you with the all the information necessary to build your own successful event in succeeding years.
